Misako Odani
Misako Odani made her debut with the single "Nageki no Yuki" in 1996. She has released 9 albums and 14 singles. Her unique evocative songs have earned her a lot of respect from both fans and fellow artists. In 2003, she formed the band, ta-ta, with the powerful lineup: Misako Odani (Vo), Tomu Tamada (D, from 100s), Tomokazu Ninomiya (B, from eastern youth), Hisako Tabuchi (G, from bloodthirthty butchers/toddle) and Takashi Ikeda (Key, from SUPER BUTTER DOG). Recent years she has been playing with a trio consisting of base, drums and piano, a simple yet powerful ensemble with which she has appeared at events such as Arabaki Rock and Fuji Rock Festival. Misako Odani's soulful songs keep attracting new fans so make sure not to miss her at this year's RSR!
