Fantastic Plastic Machineが主催、毎回多岐に渡るDJ達により定期的に西麻布Space Lab Yellowにて開催中のレギュラーイベント「Grand-Tourisme」がRSRFESに上陸。
今回の出演は田中知之(Fantastic Plastic Machine)、KEN ISHII、TSUYOSHI（JOUJOKA/FEEDBACK RECORDINGS）、SUGIURUMN incl. Special session with 曽我部恵一、谷中敦（TOKYO SKA PARADISE ORCHESTRA）。for CAMPERSにはSun Paulo（Taiji Sato、Toshiyuki Mori、Takashi Numazawa）が出演。
